Ordering

What if I am trying to place an order and am having trouble?

What if I have not received a notification since placing my order?

What if I just placed my order and need to change my shipping address?

What if my order is missing an item?

Can I monogram or emboss your leather goods?

Thanks for your inquiry about personalization. Unfortunately, we are not able to do custom monogramming or engraving on our products at this time.We find that every town has a local leather shop and local engraver that can help if you were to do a quick search.

Can I add a personal note or message to my package if it is a gift?

Unfortunately, we are unable to include personal messages or notes in our packages at this time, even if they are gifts. If you would like to add a message or card to your package we recommend having the order shipped to your personal address first.

Shipping

Orders placed will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, we do not ship over the weekends or observed holidays. Expedited or Ground Express shipments will ship the same day if placed by noon EST or the next business day.

What if I still see my order as processing? Did it ship?

Once an order is placed we do our best to ship it as soon as possible. For standard ground shipping please allow approximately 7-10 days for delivery based on your location. We ship from our warehouse located in North Carolina, USA. For ground express please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping should deliver within 1-3 business days. Please note that only expedited shipping will ship same day if the order is placed prior to 2 pm EST. If placed after 2 pm EST the order would ship next business day. Our warehouse facility does not ship on Saturday or Sunday or observed holidays.

Will my order ship over a weekend?

Order are processed and shipping during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. We do not ship over the weekend or observed holidays. (Ex: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, etc.)

Why are my tracking scans not updating?

If your tracking number does not show an updated scan, please be patient and allow an additional 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information. Please note, international orders may take longer to update. If you still do not have an updated scan, please contact customer service via email at support@jackandrews.com or call our toll free Customer Service support line during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm EST at 1-800-644-0340.

What is your international shipping policy?

We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy and the UK. For international shipments, we ship via FedEx. Shipping times are estimates only. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes that may be charged for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns must be in new and unused condition. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from purchase date for a refund. Store credit will be issued for returns received after 30 days and up to 45 days from date of receipt. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 45 days. No restocking fees. Gift returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping is nonrefundable.

What is the gift return policy?

All gift returns must be requested through the original order placed. To request the return, please have the original order number and email address listed on the order. All gift returns are eligible for a store credit to the gift recipient or a refund back to the original form of payment. What is your promotion policy?

Promotion codes must be entered at checkout to receive the applicable discount off your total eligible purchase. Promotion codes are not combinable with any other offers and are not valid on past purchases. Promotion codes are subject to change at any time.

Shop and gift with confidence! Purchase now and return unused and unworn items in transit with a carrier by January 15, 2025. Returns must be in unused and unworn condition, and will be accepted if in transit or received by January 15, 2025. All gift returns must be requested through the original order placed.
