Returns and exchanges

WHAT IS THE RETURN SHIPPING POLICY?

Returns must be in new and unused condition. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from purchase date for a refund. Store credit will be issued for returns received after 30 days and up to 45 days from date of receipt. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 45 days. No restocking fees. Gift returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping is nonrefundable.

HOW OFTEN ARE REQUESTS PROCESSED?

Return requests are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.

GIFT RETURNS

All gift returns must be requested through the original order placed. To request the return, please have the original order number and email address listed on the order. If you need assistance, please email us at support@jackandrews.com or give us a call at 1-800-644-0340.

IS A PRE-PAID LABEL PROVIDED?

Yes. A prepaid shipping label is provided for all exchange requests (international orders excluded). We also offer discounted return labels for purchase if needed. Please note, if you would like to use the carrier of your choice, that is an option as well.
